We offer a 14-day refund policy for gemstone purchases made on our website. If there is an issue with our product, only then refund is possible other wise no refund is possible. You may request a refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please note that this policy is applicable only for the specified 14-day period.

Exchanges

We do offer exchanging of items, once you return an item and we received it, then we can discuss exchange with another item. Upon agreeing with exchange we can adjust the price for the item we are going to exchange.

Shipping Costs
